*1. Start the day with an energising breakfast.

I know you have probably heard this before, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never skip it.

Some people skip breakfast in the belief that it will help them lose weight, but in practice you are more likely to gain weight. Studies have shown that skipping breakfast is strongly linked to the development of obesity, and has proven that thinner people actually include breakfast in their daily food consumption.

Skipping breakfast is like running a car on empty. Your body needs fuel to function, and that fuel is food. Without it you will experience low energy levels, may feel nauseous, and will inevitably binge eat later on in the day. To avoid these symptoms and effortlessly lose weight the best advice is to eat breakfast when you awake in the morning.

A protein breakfast is the best choice and gives better results for fast weight loss. Although a high fiber breakfast will keep you feeling fuller for longer.


*2. Consume Fatty fish

Choose a measure of spirits (gin, rum, vodka or whiskey) topped with copious amounts of diet soda instead of wine, beer, sparkling wines or champagne as these have greater amounts of sugar as well as being empty calories, and not beneficial if you are trying to lose weight.
